Are you an analytical and detail-oriented individual with a passion for forecasting and demand planning?
We are looking for a Demand Planner to join an exciting and large-scale FMCG business. This role is pivotal in gathering, analysing, and tracking demand for finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:
Process, analyse, and track demand forecasts from distribution partners and bottlers.
Maintain accurate forecast data in SAP to drive operational efficiency.
Identify and mitigate risks related to slow-moving and obsolete stock.
Collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners to meet customer demand.
Lead demand review meetings and support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
Monitor and communicate significant demand trends and inventory risks.
Support new product launches by aligning demand planning with business goals.

About You:
2+ years’ experience in demand planning within FMCG.
Proficiency in SAP or other systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in cross-functional, international teams.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong understanding of S&OP processes and demand planning models.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
