The Advocate Group are currently working with an exciting FMCG business who are looking for a Category Insight Executive to help drive sales, marketing, and business decisions through data and market analysis.
What You’ll Do: As part of their dynamic team, you’ll:
Lead category research to build powerful biannual insight reports on market trends, influencing product development and customer strategies.
Monitor product performance and provide in-depth analyses to guide sales teams.
Track trends and create detailed consumer profiles using data tools.
Become the expert on the market and competitors, delivering insights that sharpen the businesses competitive edge and inform sales literature.

The Advocate Group is proud to represent a globally renowned premium drinks company in their search for a Global Communication Manager to join their Global Marketing team.
The Role:
Develop and execute global campaigns with a digital-first approach to drive brand growth.
Identify target audiences and ensure consumer insights shape all communication strategies.
Oversee omni-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Luxury, PR, Innovation) to align advertising with broader initiatives.
Manage relationships with creative and digital agencies from briefing to performance evaluation.
Develop global Social & CRM strategies, optimsing engagement through data-driven insights.
Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and maintain cultural relevance across markets.
About You:
Extensive experience in global communications, ideally within premium FMCG sectors.
Proven ability to lead omni-channel campaigns with strong digital marketing expertise.
Skilled in consumer insights, market research, and data-driven strategy development.
Strong project management skills with experience in agency collaboration.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
