About our role
Our client is a leading player in the educational industry, dedicated to delivering innovative learning solutions. To strengthen their focus on customer satisfaction and journey optimization, they are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist.
As a CX Specialist, you will drive the CX strategy, map and enhance the customer journey, and implement initiatives that improve overall customer satisfaction and business performance. You will be a key figure in fostering a customer-centric mindset across teams, ensuring that CX principles are embedded in the company culture.

What you will be doing
Develop and implement a company-wide CX plan based on CX audits, customer feedback, market research, customer journey mapping, and other relevant data.
Translate insights into actionable improvements and drive measurable impact on customer satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional task forces to ensure successful execution of CX initiatives.
Organize training sessions, internal campaigns, and initiatives to integrate customer-centric thinking into the company culture.
Monitor CX KPIs (cNPS, CES, CSAT) and qualitative feedback, continuously optimizing the CX plan and its improvement actions.

What you bring
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Solid experience in CX or project management, working with CX methodologies like Design Thinking, Customer Journey Mapping, or Feedback Loops.
Experience with methodologies like PRINCE2, Agile, or similar frameworks.
Ability to interpret data, CX KPIs, and customer feedback, translating them into targeted improvement actions.
Experience with Salesforce Sales/Marketing/Service Cloud, Power BI, Analytics, and CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to clearly translate CX insights into concrete actions and engage teams in improvement processes with a customer-focused mindset.
Language skills: Dutch (C1), English (B2), French (B1).
