Role: VoIP Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35,000

Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VoIP systems and networks.
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
Implement and manage SIP trunking, PBX systems, and related VoIP technologies.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
Assist in the deployment of new VoIP solutions and upgrades.
Ensure security and compliance standards are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience in VoIP engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of SIP, PBX, and network protocols.
Experience with VoIP hardware and software (e.g., Asterisk, FreePBX, Cisco, Avaya).
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including routers, firewalls, and QoS.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
