As our Network Operations Manager, you will manage technical services using agile methodologies. You'll be responsible for global operations and reliability engineering, while identifying opportunities to enhance our network services.

Service Leadership: Leading your team, promoting agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Service Ownership: Define and prioritise any backlogs to align with business goals. Collaborate with partners to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.

Service Recovery: Restore network services disrupted by outages or incidents, identifying root causes and implementing measures to minimise downtime/repeat re-occurrences.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders and other teams to understand their needs. Convey team performance, risks, and dependencies transparently.

Service Support: Ensure Ops & SRE teams provide first-class support for our infrastructure.

Automation: Develop automated tools to manage and monitor network services, to reduce manual tasks and human error.

Observability: Improve our monitoring capabilities and introduce procedures to advance observability practices.

Lifecycle Management: Oversee release management ensuring operational acceptance.

Service Management: Defining/implementing SLIs & SLOs while sharing service status through dashboards.

Vendor Management: Working with partners, technology vendors, and service providers to deliver outstanding services.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and control threats to our network products and services.

Strong experience in Global Network Operations supporting environments of ideally over 20k users, Network Automation Site Reliability Engineering, and DevOps.

Agile experience, using Scrum & Kanban.

Experience with agile project management tools, including JIRA.

Experience with budget planning and forecasting.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
