Dans le cadre de la transformation de l’expérience des développeurs, vous interviendrez en tant que Product Owner / Chef.fe de projet pour piloter la conception et l’optimisation des espaces de travail des développeurs.

Votre rôle
Conception de l’espace de travail des développeurs
Concevoir un nouvel environnement de travail destiné aux développeurs, visant à améliorer leur expérience et à augmenter leur productivité.
Renforcer la sécurité des environnements de développement
Rationaliser la gestion des identités et des accès pour les développeurs
Exploiter les capacités de l’IA générative à grande échelle
Façonner le nouveau lieu de travail et transformer l’expérience de travail des développeurs

Découverte et analyse des besoins
Mener une étude approfondie de l’environnement de travail actuel des développeurs
Identifier les principaux points de friction et les obstacles
Organiser des ateliers et des sessions de co-création avec les tribus (équipes techniques) pour recueillir les besoins
Analyser les défis existants en matière de sécurité

Vision stratégique et alignement des équipes
Définir une vision claire et les meilleures options pour l’avenir de l’espace de travail des développeurs
Partager cette vision et fédérer les équipes techniques et les parties prenantes autour du nouvel espace de travail Développeur

Gestion de projet et coordination
Définir et piloter la feuille de route du projet « Developer Experience »
Collaborer avec les Product Owners et les IT Managers pour intégrer les exigences dans leurs backlogs et les prioriser
Assurer le suivi de la livraison

Gestion du changement
Élaborer un plan de gestion du changement
Soutenir le développement et la mise en œuvre des initiatives de gestion du changement
Votre profil

Compétences techniques :
Vous avez une solide expérience en gestion de projets complexes, en particulier dans des environnements agiles. Vous avez une compréhension des technologies modernes de développement (cloud, CI/CD) et avez des connaissances éprouvées ou une expérience en cybersécurité et notamment IAM, gestion des identités, Zero Trust, conformité. Une expérience sur AWS public cloud et une connaissance des outils comme GitHub Copilot est un atout. Vous êtes intéressé.e par l’IA générative.

Qualités personnelles :
Vous êtes un.e excellent.e communicant.e, capable de gérer les parties prenantes et de travailler efficacement au sein d’une équipe internationale. Vous faites preuve de flexibilité, d’écoute active et d’adaptabilité face aux situations ambiguës. Votre capacité à influencer et à rassembler les équipes autour d’une vision commune est essentielle, tout comme votre rigueur et votre efficacité.
