Le poste
Grâce à ton sens aigu de la relation client, tu accompagnes les utilisateurs de notre plateforme SaaS (sites e-commerce, médias, annonceurs, agences…) pour atteindre leurs objectifs en matière de production de contenus et de résultats SEO.
La satisfaction de tes clients repose sur ton écoute, ta compréhension de leurs besoins et l’adaptation de ton coaching à leur situation.
Enjeux & Missions
Onborder et accompagner nos nouveaux clients sur la plateforme Semji
Identifier les besoins des clients et présenter la valeur ajoutée de nouvelles prestations (upsell - cross sell)
Faciliter la formation continue : enrichir les outils de product tours, help center, push chat, newsletters, etc.
Organiser et animer des workshop/ateliers thématiques selon leurs besoins
Gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle : organiser ton planning et allouer le temps nécessaire aux différents comptes
Suivre les KPIs de ton portefeuille et agir : repérer les baisses d’activité à relancer en priorité ou les opportunités d’upsell
Assurer le support : répondre aux clients de manière réactive au quotidien
Contribuer à l’amélioration de la roadmap produit grâce aux retours clients
Mener une veille SEO active dans le domaine du Content
Profil recherché
Tu as un excellent sens du service client, tu aimes trouver des solutions, améliorer les processus et obtenir des résultats.
Tu justifies d’une expérience minimum de 2 ans au sein d’une équipe de CSM SaaS sur des missions de conseil et d’accompagnement stratégique.
Sens de la relation client : capacité à vulgariser, comprendre les besoins et objectifs client, les reformuler, y apporter une réponse appropriée
Tu sais communiquer efficacement, vulgariser et t’adapter à différents publics.
Un anglais, niveau C2.
Tu es curieux(se), autonome et tu as l’esprit d’initiative.
Tu sais t’organiser et prioriser ton travail pour obtenir des résultats de qualité.

Tranche de salaire entre 40k et 45k fixe annuel brut + variable (environ 7k)
