You'll be working for a Top-tier financial institution who is looking for you to join as a Front Office Business Analyst. Using your Treasury experience to work closely with users, gather requirements, and drive system improvements. You’ll bridge the gap between traders and technology, ensuring smooth communication and effective delivery of projects.
The Role:
Work directly with Treasury users, gathering requirements and defining functional specs
Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder alignment
Liaise with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Support system enhancements, workflow improvements, and process automation
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management standards
What You Need:
Experience working front-office with Treasury users
Strong Business Analysis + Project Management skills
Ability to communicate between business and engineering teams
Knowledge of third-party trading platforms (ION Trading is a plus)
Spanish language skills (nice to have, but not essential)
London | Hybrid | £££ Competitive + Bonus

Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of Oracle FLEXCUBE/Oracle Banking modules. Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Xray, Quality Centre and work closely with development and implementation teams to resolve issues. Preparing scenarios, test wares, test case execution, and defect Life Cycle management. Work in a cross-functional team and contribute to the team's work business analysis, quality assurance and testing. Identify and implement process improvements. Skills and Knowledge Required: Should have minimum of 4 years of experience in Testing with Banking applications, especially Flexcube. Functional knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking modules and end-to-end testing and quality assurance experience. Must have experience in Flexcube data mapping and documentation.
