INCLUSIVE LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT
West Lancashire College is a medium sized further education college based in Skelmersdale. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated person to provide support in classes to learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The aim of the position is to enable our 16-18 and adult learners to make excellent progress and maximise their potential to achieve and move positively forward with their lives, independence and employment.
This post is 18 hours over 3 days, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The post is term time only - salary £23,846 pro rata (0.42).
The successful applicant will have grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) and qualifications/experience of supporting learners in the education, health care sector or other relevant field.

Documentary output deliverables will be required to complete these tasks. The Activities and Deliveries section 3 will detail responsibilities of the supplier.
