Job Purpose

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable ERP Implementation Functional Data Owner to oversee the customer and pricing data domains during our ERP implementation. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity, and will work closely with various stakeholders to align data management-migration practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customer and pricing data during the ERP implementation.
Define and enforce data governance policies and standards for customer and pricing data.
Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with ERP system capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Migration Strategy Lead, other Functional Data Owners, Process Owners, BI-SI Teams, SMEs) to understand data requirements and ensure successful data migration for standalone Ice Cream business.
Oversee data migration, validation, and reconciliation processes for customer and pricing data. Work closely with business units to ensure Customer – Pricing data migration to standalone Ice Cream operations ensuring business continuity.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
Develop and maintain documentation related to customer and pricing data management.
Provide training and support to end-users on data-related processes and best practices.
Identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.
Monitor and report on data management activities and progress to stakeholders.

What You Need To Succeed

Proven Expertise: 5-10 years of extensive experience in Data Management, Data Migration Projects preferably in an ERP environment mainly in Customer & Pricing domain. Ideally some of your experience has been gained from Ice Cream.
ERP & Data Management Technology Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Data Management ERP implementations in Customer & Pricing Domain. Preferably in systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Edge and Cloud Technologies (Microsoft Azure etc.) or similar equivalent systems
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment, delivering results under tight timelines.
Change Management: Extensive experience in developing and implementing change management strategies for complex global programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and user adoption. Certification in project management (PMP etc) - Agile is a plus.
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership and business units globally. Proven track record of building strong relationships and managing expectations at all levels of the organization.
Global Perspective: Experience working in diverse international markets, with a strong understanding of the cultural, regulatory, and operational complexities that impact global ERP deployments.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into process improvements.
Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel globally to support market-specific needs during the design, build, and deployment phases.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Management, Computer Science or a related field
