We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our client's innovative and dynamic team as a contractor, located on the outskirts of Exeter.
Responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer:
Collaborate with a team to develop high-quality, scalable, full-stack applications.
Take initiative in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Write, review, and optimise clean, efficient code across a broad technology stack.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Proactively learn and apply new technologies and frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Full Stack Developer:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ Years relevant industry experience.
Solid experience in Golang and Typescript
Experience with MySQL databases and schema development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead aspects of team projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
