Our client, a forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join their innovative development team. This hybrid role requires attendance at the office three days per week.
The Role
As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient solutions, ensuring high performance and exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities of the Front-End Developer include:
Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using React, Vite, NextJS, and TypeScript
Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following best practices
Troubleshoot and optimise application performance while ensuring maintainability
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Skills & qualifications of the Front-End Developer:
3-5 years of professional experience in front-end development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React with a deep understanding of state management and hooks
Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services
Knowledge of Git, version control best practices, and Agile methodologies

We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our client's innovative and dynamic team as a contractor, located on the outskirts of Exeter.
Responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer:
Collaborate with a team to develop high-quality, scalable, full-stack applications.
Take initiative in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Write, review, and optimise clean, efficient code across a broad technology stack.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Proactively learn and apply new technologies and frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Full Stack Developer:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ Years relevant industry experience.
Solid experience in Golang and Typescript
Experience with MySQL databases and schema development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead aspects of team projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
