About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive the strategy, development, and execution of The Gym Group App. You will focus on improving member experience, driving engagement to maximise member retention and growth.


Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for The Gym Group App, aligning with business goals and member needs.
Drive the development and enhancement of the App, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for members.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, business and operations teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements.
Conduct data-driven decision-making using analytics, user research, and market trends to optimise the app’s performance and user experience.
Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
Lead the app’s growth strategy, focusing on acquisition, engagement and retention.
Champion an agile and customer-centric approach to product development.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure The Gym Group App remains competitive and innovative.


Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager
Experience inB2C digital environment
ideally with experience in fitness, wellness, or subscription-based services.
Strong background in managing digital subscriptions service, including customer retention, pricing strategies, and engagement optimisation.
Experience working with mobile applications,Including UX/UI best practices, A/B testing, and feature development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating with engineering and design teams.
Passion for fitness, health, and digital innovation is a plus

The Senior Remote Access Engineer will be responsible for engineering and driving the development of the Remote Access infrastructure used to provide bank access for personal and corporate iOS, Windows and macOS devices in a very agile environment. He will be responsible of engineering of backlog items and interacts continuously with the product. management function for backlog refinements and prioritization, always with scope to improve the user experience while staying secure. Responsibilities/Tasks: Develop and create the Banks Global Proxy/Remote Access Solution for over 100K users. Identify automation and telemetry enhancement opportunities and drive required changes and product developments. Stay current on the company’s engineering approaches, security requirements, and best practices and apply them in a timely manner. Problem-management / L3 Support / vendor service relationship. Creating and maintaining structured documentation for all platforms in scope including technical designs, release notes, test cases, and vendor improvements. The engagement with other technology and security teams to ensure the platform is fit for purpose, cost effective and adheres to the engineering standards and mobile policies. Ensuring adherence to the SDLC process and other company demanded engineering and release management practices. Required Skills: Excellent in-depth technical experience in the delivery of Cloud Proxy/VPN/Remote Access and cyber-security solutions which are fit for purpose in a large, regulated enterprise environment. Very good and in depth understanding of networking concepts and protocols including IP, routing, TLS, ActiveSync, SSL VPN, ESP, IKEv2, ICA, RDP. Infrastructure design experience including availability and resilience approaches, data center setups, virtualization, networks. Product experience on Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Private Access, Azure (MFA) is a must. Additional experience on Pulse Secure, CITRIX and RSA are a plus. SAML Based-Authentication. Experience to interact Application Programming Interfaces with e.g. Postman.
