What you’ll be doing as an Azure Infrastructure Engineer:
Take charge of 3rd-line infrastructure and software systems, working with a mix of on-premises and cloud technologies. This is your opportunity to leave your mark as the company progresses with their Azure Cloud migration journey and beyond.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting and maintaining infrastructure and software systems
Managing VMWare, Hyper-V, and Azure environments
Leading and contributing to key IT projects
Ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness
Support the implementation of AVD
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking an experienced professional with a solid background in:
Previously implemented an Azure Virtual Desktop system (Essential)
Windows Operating Systems (architecture and administration)
Azure and cloud migrations
VMWare expertise and associated hardware/software platforms
Delivering reliable, high-availability systems
Strong communication skills are essential, and experience in a senior Windows Systems/Infrastructure role is a must.

Due to the nature of the business, all candidates must hold (or be eligible for) security clearance, which requires:
Full right to work in the UK
No absences from the UK exceeding 29 consecutive days in the last 5 years

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
