VIP IT Support Engineer (Onsite, 3-Month Contract)
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience and a VIP support background to join our client’s team in Central London. This onsite role is an initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension.
Key Details:
Location: Onsite, Central London
Shifts: Rotational (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Rate: £250 per day (Inside IR35 – Umbrella contractors only)
Languages: Fluency in French is a plus
Key Skills & Experience:
Service Desk experience, supporting users remotely and managing tickets via an Incident Management tool
Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows platforms)
Windows OS support (Windows 7 & 10)
Microsoft Office 365 (desktop & admin support)
Azure administration & support
Excellent customer-facing skills with a professional, well-presented demeanor
Strong troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail
Service-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in 1st to 3rd Line Support
VIP support experience within Finance is essential
Azure experience is required
