Description De L'équipe
Le département Ethics & Compliance rapporte à la Direction Juridique de Doctolib, qui comporte plus d’une trentaine de juristes présents en France, Allemagne et Italie. La Direction juridique est un contributeur stratégique au développement de Doctolib. Elle utilise des outils et des process innovants et constitue une véritable direction juridique digitalisée. Elle offre un environnement de travail stimulant, avec un management de proximité et des équipes agiles et impliquées. L'équipe chargée de l'éthique et de la conformité est composée de deux membres, Olivier, le Ethics & Compliance Officer, et Francesca, Ethics & Compliance Lead. L’équipe est chargée de la diffusion du Code de Conduite de l'entreprise, de la mise en œuvre du système d’alertes internes et plus généralement du développement de la culture éthique et compliance de Doctolib.
TES MISSIONS
Tes responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à :
Participer à la construction du programme de compliance des tiers : définition et mise en œuvre du programme, due diligences, etc.
Participer au développement de formations sur la compliance : tu seras impliqué(e) dans la définition du contenu, sur la sélection des éventuels prestataires, et la livraison du produit final.
Participer à la création et la livraison du plan de communication sur l'Ethique et conformité
Suivi de la cartographie des risques en matière éthique et suivi des plans d’action associés en lien avec le contrôle interne.
Analyse des due diligences, et préparation et rédaction des analyses éthiques à partir de ces due diligences.
Revue de jurisprudence.
Revue des documents contractuels en ce qui concerne les clauses de conformité.
Mise à jour du code de conduite.

Tu es passionné(e) par la création de programmes éducatifs et la transmission de connaissances, tu as de bonnes compétences en matière de gestion de projets, une approche systématique de la résolution de problèmes et un grand souci du détail.
Tu suis une formation universitaire en droit, éthique et compliance, en psychologie ou en école de commerce.
Tu as de bonnes connaissances en matière d’éthique, de compliance, des enjeux éthiques liés au droit de la santé, ou de prévention de la corruption.
Tu disposes d’excellentes capacités de communication tant en français qu'en anglais (écrit, oral). Si tu parles allemand ou italien c’est super aussi !
Tu as envie d’apprendre et fais preuve de curiosité.
Ce serait fantastique si tu avais aussi :
Une première expérience professionnelle réussie en entreprise liée aux compétences requises.
