Job Specifications

Lead and coordinate development teams, design and implement .NET architecture, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multiple development teams during sprints.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and other tech leads.
- Design and implement .NET architecture, focusing on C#, EF Core, and micro-service architecture.
- Develop front-end solutions using Blazor Web Assembly.
- Utilize Kubernetes (k8s) and Azure cloud resources.
- Implement Helm deployment and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Design architecture using UML, Archimate, etc.
- Conduct testing (unit tests, feature tests, mocking).
- Provide technical coaching and guidance to developer teams.
- Manage priorities and handle emergencies efficiently.
- Explore new technologies and maintain a technical watch.

Skills & Competences:
- Senior-level experience in .NET development, especially with C#.
- Expertise in EF Core, micro-service architecture, and main development patterns.
- Proficiency in front-end web development with Blazor Web Assembly.
- Experience with Kubernetes components and Azure cloud resources.
- Experience with Helm deployment and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Ability to design architecture using UML, Archimate, etc.
- Strong testing skills (unit tests, feature tests, mocking).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to coach and lead developer teams.
- Strong analytical skills for technical issue investigation.
- Ability to explain technical aspects to non-technical stakeholders.
