Head of Service Delivery Installation Management

Up to 700pd Inside IR35
3 Month Contract initially
Once a week in Warrington, some travel to Winchester
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Service Delivery Installation Management to work within a large UK Telecoms company, working on a new contract win for them to deliver a large-scale Smart Meter programme.
Key Responsibilities:

Working with other Heads of across the ops and Technical delivery team – working with Service excellence team internally and the customer – role will report into Director of Sites
Lead and manage an internal team and a contract partner installations team to deliver customers’ smart meter installation plans to time, cost, quality and safely.
Oversee the implementation of installation contracts, ensuring that all parties meet their obligations within the stipulated timelines.
Monitor ongoing performance and ensure compliance with terms, including deliverables, payment schedules, and service levels.
Maintain records of all major contracts and related documentation.
Identify potential risks associated with installation contracts and proactively develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Essential Skills & Experience:

Experience of network/infrastructure build, smart metering connectivity.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing installation teams, with a focus on managing both internal teams and third-party contractors while maintaining a strong customer focus.
Experience in working within Smart Metering environment.
Experience of managing third parties to deliver critical activities.
