Au sein d’une équipe internationale et diversifiée, vous occuperez le rôle d’Ingénieur Conception Systèmes de Projet, chargé(e) de diriger les activités de conception pour une solution technique adaptée aux spécificités requises, en partant d’une solution générique développée par le client. Sous la direction du responsable en conception système et en collaboration avec l’équipe de conception, vous identifierez et analyserez les besoins du projet, définirez et allouerez les exigences, assurerez leur traçabilité, et structurerez l’architecture des systèmes et sous-systèmes, en intégrant la solution en laboratoire. Cette mission se déroule dans un cadre technique complexe et hautement normé, propre aux systèmes embarqués.

Responsabilités Principales

Analyse des besoins : comprendre, clarifier et confirmer les exigences du projet.

Rédaction des spécifications : élaborer et maintenir les documents de spécifications, incluant les interfaces et l'architecture pour les systèmes et sous-systèmes.

Suivi des exigences : assurer la traçabilité complète des exigences depuis la phase de conception jusqu’à leur mise en œuvre.

Collaboration technique : coopérer avec les équipes RAM, de sécurité, sous-systèmes, cybersécurité, logiciels, produits et V&V pour définir des concepts de conception, garantir l'exhaustivité des spécifications et leur conformité aux normes.

Revues techniques : organiser et animer les réunions techniques pour valider les étapes de conception et la documentation.

Intégration multidisciplinaire : collaborer avec des ingénieurs système et des experts métier pour garantir une intégration cohérente de la conception dans l'architecture cible.

Gestion des relations fournisseurs : travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs externes pour assurer la qualité des livrables.

Configuration et tests : configurer les équipements fournis par le centre de développement, préparer le banc d’essai, puis intégrer et tester la solution en laboratoire.

Participation aux essais : contribuer aux tests réalisés sur le terrain, notamment des essais système sur l'infrastructure (Track-On-Board).

Amélioration continue : prendre part à des initiatives d'amélioration continue en recueillant les retours d'expérience et en optimisant les processus.

Standardisation des solutions : promouvoir la standardisation en réutilisant des solutions existantes ou en créant des solutions génériques, et en mettant à disposition des outils et documents de déploiement efficaces.

Profil Recherché

Formation : Un diplôme d’ingénieur de niveau BAC+5 dans les domaines de l’électronique, des télécommunications, de l’automatisation, de l’électricité, de la robotique ou d’une spécialité technique équivalente est demandé.

Langues : Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et bon niveau de français. La connaissance d’autres langues, en particulier l’allemand, constitue un avantage.

Qualités personnelles : Sens du détail et fiabilité, curiosité intellectuelle, aptitude au travail en équipe, esprit d’analyse, proactivité et bonnes aptitudes en communication.

Mobilité : Poste basé à Charleroi avec des déplacements techniques de courte durée possibles à l’international.

Packaging, deployment and/or troubleshooting of Linux in the context of embedded systems.
