Vivienne Westwood is looking for an Ecommerce Digital Administration Intern to join our Ecommerce team based in Merton, London. This position is offered on a full time basis for 3 months, at £13.15 per hour. This internship will start on the 21st of April 2025.

The Ecommerce Digital Administration Intern will assist in a variety of areas within the E-commerce production process. The internship will involve working with creative teams on a wide range of daily duties and seasonal projects, offering a unique learning opportunity and insight for personal development.

This position is available for someone who is truly passionate about fashion and E-commerce and willing to learn as part of a creative team.

Key Responsibilities


Support day-to-day E-commerce Studio administration, digital organisation, and project workflows across both B2C and B2B channels.
Support with efficient classification of digital records, image asset libraries and server archives.
Support with maintaining and developing studio collection checklists, product trackers and Dropbox for asset upload.
Assist with accurate digital upload and naming of digital assets across both B2C and B2B channels.
Work with Ecommerce Studio team to ensure the successful delivery of creative projects, across both photography and image retouch.
Additional daily tasks set by coordinators or Studio management.


Profile & Key Skills


Computer literate, Knowledge on Adobe Office packages and Outlook emailing systems. Knowledge of Excel desirable.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Data orientated with acute attention to detail and processes.
Must be able to adapt to daily changes and be self-motivated.
Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
