Vivienne Westwood is looking for an E-commerce Junior Digital Site Merchandiser to join the Ecommerce Team in the London (Merton) Office on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Digital Site Merchandiser is responsible for assisting with the merchandising of inventory, catalogues, pricing, promotions, analysing shopping behaviour, and online visual appeal sitewide – all under the umbrella of driving revenue.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT


Execute product assortment rules within Business Manager. Sort assigned product categories and subcategories, considering view type, image variants, swatches, image tags, and availability.
Support with visual merchandising of PLP, PDP for the website. Ensure products are presented accurately and updated according to sales strategy, product launch calendar and business/analytics insight.


INVENTORY MANAGEMENT


Work alongside merchandisers to maintain B2C Commerce price books, export of product data catalogues, for new & existing content. Ensure product is made available to our customers, correctly merchandising group products across sites.
Monitor and assess performance of all imported inventory feeds alongside content assets to assure the correct information is showing per site storefront. Applying manual HTML code and updates where needed.
Identify any site errors related to inventory record, risk assess product's stock level and availability data in the context of each site or storefront inventory list.


CAMPAIGNS AND PROMOTIONS


Support merchandise team with timely execution of onsite campaigns, product or promotions, product launches, and seasonal activity. Extend campaigns with custom attributes to meet specific business requirements.
Maintain and monitor promotional messaging across site configuration including homepage, cart, checkout, PLP, PDP, and Quick view. Identify coupon error handling logic and messaging.


REPORTING AND ANALYTICS


Support on individual order processing issues. Asses reporting on key web metrics to the team and the wider business.
Monitor onsite performance of site storefronts. Report and analyse the key onsite metrics across conversion funnel, click through, page performance, search performance. Assist with the sequencing for categories across all pages to drive CTR and conversion rate.


Profile & Key Skills


At least 2 years’ experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Platform & content management.
Experience using Commerce Cloud Business Manager. Web/Digital merchandising expertise.
Data driven. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
An understanding of staging environments & basic HTML coding & web design experience a plus.
Experience managing web-based analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau.
Strong PC Skills – Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Team orientated and willing to work as part of a collective.
Able to deliver under pressure and prioritise accordingly.

Vivienne Westwood is looking for an Ecommerce Digital Administration Intern to join our Ecommerce team based in Merton, London. This position is offered on a full time basis for 3 months, at £13.15 per hour. This internship will start on the 21st of April 2025.

The Ecommerce Digital Administration Intern will assist in a variety of areas within the E-commerce production process. The internship will involve working with creative teams on a wide range of daily duties and seasonal projects, offering a unique learning opportunity and insight for personal development.

Key Responsibilities


Support day-to-day E-commerce Studio administration, digital organisation, and project workflows across both B2C and B2B channels.
Support with efficient classification of digital records, image asset libraries and server archives.
Support with maintaining and developing studio collection checklists, product trackers and Dropbox for asset upload.
Assist with accurate digital upload and naming of digital assets across both B2C and B2B channels.
Work with Ecommerce Studio team to ensure the successful delivery of creative projects, across both photography and image retouch.
Additional daily tasks set by coordinators or Studio management.


Profile & Key Skills


Computer literate, Knowledge on Adobe Office packages and Outlook emailing systems. Knowledge of Excel desirable.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Data orientated with acute attention to detail and processes.
Must be able to adapt to daily changes and be self-motivated.
Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Stock Analyst to join the vibrant and growing Vivienne Westwood Ecommerce department based in Merton.

Who are we looking for?

You will be willing to work across business channels (B2C and B2B) and support change implementation throughout the Ecommerce department, specifically within the Photo Studio. You will have the capability to influence and communicate with all levels within the business.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining various internal systems and databases, assisting with reporting, and managing and tracking stock for the Ecommerce Photo Studio as well as Monitoring automatic stock cancellation emails/reports from the IT department and analyzing the reason codes behind them.

The successful candidate will be Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP (ERP) to be able to cover the following areas of expertise:

Inventory Analysis: Monitor and analyse stock levels, turnover rates, and stock request points to ensure optimal inventory management.
Stock Forecasting: Utilise seasonal product ranges to forecast future stock inventory needs and demand for studio products.
Reporting: Create and maintain regular reports on inventory performance, including metrics such as stock send outs, request, excess inventory, and turnover ratios.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory data, ensuring timely updates and integrity of information in inventory management systems.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor stock procedures, and internal stakeholder behaviour to inform stocking decisions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices and trends in e-commerce inventory management to enhance processes and efficiency

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating stock control operations for the Photo studio liaising with Logistics, as well as the Ecommerce Merchandising and B2B Customer Care (stock availability), Commercial (B2B selling campaign) and Finance (invoicing) departments.
Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers pertaining to Photo studio, as well as resolving delays, by liaising with B2B Customer Care.
Analysing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock for the Photo studio. Preparing and formulating raw data for reporting and forecasting purposes.
Effectively communicating deliveries to the Studio, to ensure asset readiness and smooth launches on the company's website.
Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labelling, both for Photo studio sellable stock and B2B selling campaign samples.
Performing regular inventory audits and keeping records of stock position for the Photo studio as well as presenting any stock movements actioned in Weekly Customer Care call.
Ensure department systems (ERP, Studio Productivity tool) & spreadsheets are updated accurately in accordance with processes and always in a timely manner. Maintaining and managing any stock related discrepancies, keeping the Studio Operations Manager informed of outstanding issues to ensure that these are dealt with in a timely manner.
Gathering, cleaning, and analysing logistics data from various sources like inventory management systems, Stock Transfer Orders and Purchase Orders to identify potential misalignments within systems.
Monitoring automatic stock cancellations email / report from IT department and analysing reason codes behind these. Verifying stock misalignments in systems and rectify these in real time.
Attending weekly Stock Transfer & Allocations call with Buying and B2B Customer Care team so to monitor any stock movements to and from Ecommerce stock locations.
Weekly monitoring of reserved stock report provided by IT teams and request release of stock where necessary to ensure product availability for both regions of the VW website.
Help identify reseller orders on the VW website by analysing order trends and patterns.

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS
Proficiency in SAP software, data analysis tools, and spreadsheet applications essential.
Understanding of the complete supply chain process, including procurement, production, distribution, and delivery.
Previous experience in Logistics, Stock Control or Merch Admin required, preferably if for a luxury brand.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Strong PC Skills – Microsoft Office.
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
Understanding of Ecommerce Photo Studio Operations and how these fit into wider business structure of a luxury brand.
