Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Leeds Area
Salary: £45K-£50K (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a dynamic team in the Leeds area. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a passion for mechanical systems to join a fast-paced Chemical manufacturing environment. The business is a leader in the manufacturing of soap and personal care products, selling to well-known brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the detail and planning of all capital and infrastructure projects on-site working closely with the Site Engineering Leader liaising with key customers and stakeholders.

• Supporting the Day Engineering Team in dealing with complex breakdowns and investigations.

• Managing the detailed spending and budget for all projects and ensuring clear accountabilities for all financial transactions.

• Management and improvement of the on-site Maintenance Schedule working in conjunction with the Maintenance Planner.

Requirements:

Experienced Project Engineer.
Project Management skills.
Experience with Instrumentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Preferably Mechanically biased.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
