We are launching a new AI-driven project, backed by an initial round of funding, and were looking for a CTO Associate to lead the technical vision and development from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Define & Execute the Tech Vision: Architect, build, and scale a robust AI-powered platform.
Fullstack Development Leadership: Lead hands-on development across the stack (React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS) while laying the foundation for a high-performing tech team.
AI & Automation: Leverage the latest AI models and automation tools to optimize workflows and enhance product capabilities.
Product & Business Alignment: Work closely with the founding team to translate business goals into scalable technology.
Recruit & Lead the Engineering Team: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team as the company scales.
Scalability & Security: Implement best practices for infrastructure, data security, and DevOps.
Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of tech trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance development efficiency.


Requirements

Experience: 7+ years in software development, with experience leading projects or teams.
Technical Expertise: Strong skills in fullstack development with React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
AI & ML Experience: Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, NLP, data pipelines, or automation tools is a plus.
Startup Mindset: Passion for building from scratch, thriving in ambiguity, and executing with speed.
Leadership & Communication: Ability to build and inspire a technical team while aligning with business strategy.
