Job Specifications
Hybrid Working - two days per week on site in Hampshire.
Umbrella Engagement for an initial 6 month engagement.
Must have outstanding communication skills and have worked in a large fast paced environment eg telecomms, retail or banking etc.
The successful candidate will need to have a strong background in the Service Delivery/Service Manager space and probably hold some form of ITIL accreditation.
Experience around SLA's, OLA's, Service Improvement highly desirable and beneficial.
