Are you ready to join an ambitious and fast-growing startup in the heart of Central London? We are on the lookout for a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to help drive the development of an AI-enabled platform that’s revolutionizing how critical innovation is protected and managed.
You’ll be joining an elite, high-performance team of engineers, where you will have a direct impact on building cutting-edge solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you’re someone who thrives on solving complex technical problems and wants to work alongside top-tier professionals, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
Contribute to the development of the entire platform, from back-end systems and ML infrastructure to building scalable pipelines and fine-tuning LLMs, with a focus on both the front-end and back-end.
Collaborate with a small but exceptional team to design and implement robust software solutions, ensuring the product is world-class and scalable.
Take ownership of your projects, providing thoughtful, well-architected code that’s easy to maintain and highly performant.
Tackle complex technical challenges, thinking holistically about product value, technical decisions, and user experience.
We’re Looking For:
A Full-Stack Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience in building high-quality, production-level software.
A strong academic background – you must have a 2.1 or higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from a top-tier university (e.g. Oxford, Imperial, UCL, Bristol, Kings College, etc).
You should be comfortable with ambiguity, able to manage your own goals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A strong grasp of Java, Python, Spark, Postgres, React, and Typescript (experience with these technologies is a plus, but strong knowledge of any full-stack tech is valued).
Bonus points if you have experience deploying AI production applications, fine-tuning LLMs, or working with large-scale content indexing systems.
The Offer:
A full-time, in-office position based in Central London (this is not a remote role).
Competitive salary and a substantial equity package under a tax-efficient EMI scheme.
The opportunity to work with an elite team of engineers and product experts, where your contribution will have a direct impact on the company's success and growth.
If you're looking for a challenging role where you can truly make an impact, we want to hear from you!
