DevOps Engineer
London City - 5 days onsite in the office

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our infrastructure and managing the deployment pipeline using a suite of tools including Jenkins, GitLab, Nexus, and Azure Container Registry. You will also implement and maintain configuration management and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, construct and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable infrastructure using Jenkins, GitLab, Nexus, and Azure Container Registry.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate new deployment processes and strategies to meet our feature requirements with minimal downtime.
• Manage and implement configuration management and security measures throughout the infrastructure.
• Automate deployment, scaling, management, and security of our infrastructure components.
• Implement necessary updates and patches to ensure the security and integrity of systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment.
• Analyze the technology currently being used and develop plans and processes for improvement and expansion.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Nexus, and Azure Container Registry.
• Understanding of configuration management and security implications.
• Proficient understanding of Git.
• Working knowledge of container-based deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
