We're looking for a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer to join a growing Tech business in Manchester. They have seen an increase in demand and so are looking for someone to come in and help them to build out their product offering and work on lots of greenfield projects.

We are looking for a Tech Lead who's still really hands-on but will be able to develop their current engineering team with mentoring and leading within the team. You'll be involved in product strategy and architecture and will have good ownership of new products across the company offerings.

The team specialise in TypeScript, React.js and Node.js so you'll be working across this tech stack and experience within this is vital.

The Role:
Tech Stack - React / Node / TypeScript
You'll lead on technical decision making, design, architecting and development of greenfield applications
Collaborate with the wider team and senior stakeholders
Mentor and coach more junior employees
Ensure TDD practice are being followed and implement unit testing
