Full Stack PHP Developer - Hybrid London
Company Overview:
Digital Gurus are currently working with a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce retailer that is committed to delivering exceptional online shopping experiences. With a focus on quality products and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a talented Full Stack PHP Developer for one of their development squads.
You will be tasked with assisting in their revamp of their current User Experience and customer journey, working on their main online site. On the backend, they are looking to rebuild their order management system, a CRM, CMS & refund platform.
The Frontend uses a traditional techstack - HTML, CSS, JavaScript & jQuery (with bits of ReactJs)... While the backend is a mixture of pure PHP and OOPHP with a custom MVC framework.
Position: Full Stack PHP Developer
Location: London (2 days a week on site)
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack PHP Developer you will be responsible for:
Working in a cross-functional team to design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly e-commerce websites.
Implementing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Integrating with backend systems using PHP to ensure seamless data flow and optimal site performance.
Participating in the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in web development to continually enhance their platforms.
Experience needed:
Proven experience in Frontend and backend PHP development.
Proficient in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The Role
This role is ideal for a versatile and innovative Business Analyst/Project Manager who is eager to learn, passionate about technology, and thrives on collaboration with both customers and colleagues.
You will have some experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager working on software development projects.
As part of our Projects team, you will play a key role in working with clients and our in-house development team to design and document functional changes for enterprise software systems. In addition, you will take on project management and account management responsibilities, leading project calls and overseeing initiatives using methodologies such as Waterfall, Kanban, and Scrum.

Proven experience working with external customers (or internal stakeholders) to establish and document business requirements for functional software solutions
A general understanding of the areas of application programming, database, and system design
Experience with As-Is, To-Be, gathering requirements, producing documentation.
A hands-on approach and the ability to work off your own initiative, with a completion mentality

We're looking for a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer to join a growing Tech business in Manchester. They have seen an increase in demand and so are looking for someone to come in and help them to build out their product offering and work on lots of greenfield projects.
We are looking for a Tech Lead who's still really hands-on but will be able to develop their current engineering team with mentoring and leading within the team. You'll be involved in product strategy and architecture and will have good ownership of new products across the company offerings.
The team specialise in TypeScript, React.js and Node.js so you'll be working across this tech stack and experience within this is vital.
The Role:

We are partnered with a leading national retailer in the food and drink industry who have been going from strength to strength over the last few years. They are continuing to capture the market share with an increased marketing budget and innovative marketing campaigns.
They’re looking for a .Net Developer to join their team working on a variety of projects, both greenfield and continuous improvement. You will be working on both front and backend projects following modern engineering practices and methodologies.
Ideal Experience / Skill Set:
Experience with C# and .Net
Experience with JavaScript
Ideally would have experience with Vue.js or another modern JavaScript framework
Knowledge of SQL
