Lead and deliver a complex portfolio exit program for RSA (Personal Lines exit aka Unity exit NBS business)
Design and implement a viable test strategy, covering automation, SIT, E2E, UAT, and non-functional testing.
Support leadership in understanding the test strategy and it’s relevance to the program
Manage and collaborate with teams across the UK and India.
Drive innovation with available tooling, and industry-leading methodologies.
