Meraki Talent is working with a globally renowned financial institution to recruit a Business Analyst / Project Manager within their Global Markets function. This role is part of a high-profile initiative focused on strengthening trading controls and mitigating unauthorized trading risks.
They are looking for someone who has a strong background as a Project Manager / Business Analyst within the asset management / investment space. Moreover, someone who has exceptional stakeholder management skills, the ability to communicate with different levels within the business and lead workshops.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Analyst / Project Manager
Lead the delivery of key enhancements for Front Office Supervision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with stakeholders across Trading, Risk, and Technology to define requirements and drive solutions.
Manage multiple project rollouts across different locations and asset classes, ensuring smooth implementation.
Conduct data analysis to identify process inefficiencies and support decision-making.
Facilitate workshops and governance meetings to communicate project updates and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Essential Background of the Business Analyst / Project Manager
Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within Investment Banking or Global Markets.
Proven track record in delivering technology-driven change projects in a Front Office environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
Experience in producing business requirements, process maps, and governance documentation.
