Job responsibilities
Deliver monthly e-commerce targets and ensure strategies are shaped and delivered effectively. Monitor sales performance and leverage data insights to define weekly action plans.
Lead onsite animation, content update, and product launch in collaboration with the EMEA team.
Manage performance marketing, paid search (SEM) and SEO with our media agencies to maximize ROI outcomes. Improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
Lead client communication such as newsletter calendars and digital Clienteling, to cultivate strong customer relationships and enhance retention.
Analyze client journey and identify conversion roadblocks. Collaborate the technical teams to resolve path-to-purchase issues and enhance the online user experience.
Monitor digital operations and logistics plans, ensuring seamless order fulfillment especially during commercial periods.
Drive market expansion and the rollout of new website functionalities in the region.
Lead omnichannel initiatives with Client Service and Retail Stores to ensure consistent brand representation across channels.
Profile
Strong command of both English and one of the dominant languages in Benelux, Nordics & Poland.
Well versed with Google ads solution and SEO.
Ability to drive continuous improvement through always-on testing and learning.
Entrepreneur spirit, willing to take initiative and ownership with can-do attitude
Strong business acumen, analytical consideration with strategic agility
