We are now looking for a Performance Coordinator to join our newly created RBU (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Norway, Denmark, Sweden).

Overall objective

Support dealers, countries and internal teams with daily performance analysis and tasks with a focus on After Sales

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Responsible for daily After Sales file and sending it daily to countries
Create, update & maintain Dealer score card
Updating AS Bonus Follow up files and sending it to countries
Updating data for PPM tool
Updating monthly closure files
Assist Performance Section Manager with landing files
FollowUp Credit limits
Reporting NAE
Manual invoice requests (IRF), PO, etc.
FollowUp & reporting in case of dealer incentives
PRISM
Tableau
Travel to the extent necessary to perform the position duties

Experience

Minimum 3 years professional experience
Experience within an international, matrix organization is highly advantageous
Experience in sales, marketing, reporting, business administration and / or assistant work
Higher education at Bachelors' level + within business or equivalent experience
Fluent in English
Other Nordic languages are considered as an advantage
Advanced Excel, Access- & database- skills
