Within our Clienteling team, you will play a key role in transforming customer data into in-depth business analyses and strategic recommendations. Job responsibilities

As a Client Insights Data Analyst, your mission will be to inform strategic decisions through your analytical expertise applied to customer data:

Conduct in-depth studies on the profile and behavior of our customers in both retail and e-retail.
Track customer trends and transform demographic, transactional, and engagement data into relevant insights and recommendations for business activations.
Measure commercial performance through precise KPIs and recommend areas for improvement.
Define and monitor precise KPIs to measure the performance of commercial actions and identify areas for improvement;
Contribute to the development of targeted Clienteling campaigns, monitor their implementation, and analyze their results;
Collaborate closely with business specialists from several departments to meet their needs for customer data analysis and optimize business opportunities;
Lead the network of regional correspondents in developing their customer knowledge: train them, provide them with simplified and automated reports, and support them in their ad hoc analyses;
Act as a proactive force for the Team Managers in developing the business and be a key contributor for sales, supporting teams on localized clienteling reporting and support with action plan, and regularly present your analyses and recommendations to the management teams;
Working together with Training team; leverage all the clienteling tools to engage and build long term Client relationships
Create and implement specific action plans to pro-actively drive the business
Reporting on client evolution and local clienteling KPIs on weekly/Monthly/quarterly basis for Front and DPCA teams;
Audience creation for EMEA wide and local activities for front and DPCA teams;
Clienteling Efficiency: collaborate with performance and experts' team to report accurate conversion for all clienteling campaigns
Managing Clienteling time with RTA based on the project and priorities;
Develop data visualizations that will allow monitoring performance;
Acting as Icons and Power BI project owner;
Coaching and training on tools-Icons device distribution and usage;
Streamlining internal requests processes and managing incoming Icons requests.

Profile

You have at least 3 years of similar experience;
Your analytical mind is your strength, combined with a sharp understanding of customer marketing;
Proven expertise in the daily use of SQL. Knowledge of Dataiku would be a plus;
Ability to present your analyses strategically orally and via PowerPoint;
You enjoy working in a team and being in direct contact with business teams. Interpersonal soft skills and ease in working daily with business contacts who are not data specialists;
Perfect command of English.
