Company Introduction
We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers to support the development and customization of the Victim Journey System. These roles will involve working on core Salesforce development, data integration, and system automation. One role will specifically require expertise in Marketing Cloud, while the other will focus on broader Salesforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
* Integrate Salesforce with external systems, ensuring data consistency and security.
* Build and maintain APIs, automation scripts, and workflows to enhance system functionality.
* Support data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with NVPP3 guidelines.
* Work closely with business analysts, testers, and end-users to refine system requirements.
* Maintain high coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and troubleshoot issues.
* (For Marketing Cloud Role Only): Develop and implement Marketing Cloud Journeys, Email Studio campaigns, and Audience Segmentation.
Required Qualifications:
* Active NVPP3 clearance (or equivalent) is mandatory.
* Strong expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs).
* Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Case Management applications.
* For Marketing Cloud Role: Hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and AMPscript.
* Experience in data security, encryption, and compliance.
* Ability to work in an Agile development environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
