About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Costumer Success to join our Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our existing customers and identifying new revenue opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a proactive and strategic approach to implement commercial initiatives and maximize opportunities with our existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Maximize the revenue opportunity with our existing customers by closely managing the license renewal process.
Understand the unique needs of each customer and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Upsell product features and services to existing customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and support.
Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Use internal tools and data analysis to prioritize leads and opportunities and onboard customers.
Plan, implement, and track commercial initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
Promote and manage our Training Program, including sales, registrations, and satisfaction.
Promote our products in the academic space (universities and training centers) and manage onboarding.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and promotions.
Attend marketing events (occasional travel).
What we’re looking for:
5+ years’ experience in B2B sales with a focus on software solutions.
Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Proven track record for meeting or exceeding targets.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience using CRM and sales tracking tools.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Living in Belgium and flexible to come to the office in a hybrid working mode.
