Your Opportunity
We are currently expanding the team and are looking for people to support the continued growth and development of our Portfolio Management team.
Your role could include:
Sourcing data in a secure manner
Collating and formatting data to present for review and further analysis
Blending data by combining it from various sources and formats to explore it’s relevance
Analysing simple and complex data to support business outcomes, using different methods to analyse the data
Collaborating with people at all levels with a view of creating value from the data
Interacting with Brokers to support their customers
Staying up to date with market changes, distribution methods, and our competitive position.
Building and maintain strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.
What can I look forward to?
Working in our Schemes Portfolio Management department with a team of analysts, you’ll help us achieve our Scheme P&L targets by suggesting improvements to our pricing, underwriting, and proposition.
During your apprenticeship you’ll:
Learn how to understand and analyse customer requirements and then implement findings.
Build data analysis skills to identify risks and opportunities.
Develop collaboration and communication skills that help you share our insights with stakeholders in a way that suits different audiences.
Understand data, enabling you to make informed evidence-based decisions
Use data visualisation tools to create infographics, reports, tables, dashboards and graphs and communicating data insights.
Understand how to collate and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
Alongside your day-to-day work, you’ll complete a Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship which will take around 18 months to complete. In addition to investing in your learning, we give you time to study as well as the opportunity to put what you learn into practice.

What you’ll need:
Full right to work and reside in the UK – Due to apprenticeship funding regulations, we cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 consecutive years.
A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 including Maths and English.
A professional attitude with a positive ‘can do’ approach to your work
