About You:

Nobody’s Child is looking for a passionate and experienced Data Analyst to join our expanding Ecommerce team to support with the unstoppable growth at Nobody's Child. As a brand new role, you'll report into our Digital Director, and lead on analysing our digital brand footprint - ultimately optimising our sales, improving our customer experience, and managing our stock and inventory even more effectively.

Day to day, you'll find yourself:

Exploring and developing tools, reporting and processes than can improve the insight and analytical capabilities of the Ecommerce team and wider business – with a key focus on advancing the democratisation of data
Preparing the business for data automation. Auditing current processes and exploring new processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness
Continuously thinking about the commerciality of insights and how we can quantify the impact of decisions we influence – to build a solid understanding of where we can deliver most value and how we should prioritise work in the future
Ensuring internal stakeholders have the insights they need to ensure data & insights are used within decision making
Collaborating with the Ecommerce and cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Finance, to develop company-wide reporting
Creating tailored reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders
Proactively identifying further business needs by fostering relationships throughout the business

To hit the ground running, you'll come with:

3+ years’ experience in a similar role, specialising in analytics, customer behaviour analysis (web performance, returns, CRM) within Ecommerce teams
Experience with Shopify, and other web platforms such as Magento
Experience of visualisation software (Power BI / Datastudio / Looker)
Experience of ETL (extract, transform, and load) processes and database automation
Demonstrable proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 & UA) including hands-on experience with event tracking and advanced segmentation
Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and across Microsoft Suite (or cloud-based equivalents)
Experience working with large datasets, writing efficient code & generating analysis to tight deadlines with stakeholders
Excellent collaborator, strong project management skills and ability to drive outcomes in a rapidly changing environment independently alongside collaborating across multiple teams
