Salesforce/Service Cloud/Sales Cloud/Field Service/Rest API
Key skills and responsibilities:
Strong Business situation analysis, feasibility assessment, requirements definition and management, and UAT skills
Must have previous exposure to Salesforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce REST API
Desired qualifications - Salesforce Associate/Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst or BCS IIBA/Similar
Strong stakeholder engagement skills both internal and external, ability to work in a cross-functional team of project manager, administrators, and developers
