HiQ Tyres & Autocare has an exciting new opportunity for a Centre Manager to join the team in our Stratford-upon-Avon Centre. The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm – half a day finish on a Saturday, with a guide salary ranging from £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead and manage a talented team of automotive technical professionals. What You Will Be Doing As a Centre Manager

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of automotive technical staff, ensuring they are adequately resourced and skilled to meet Company and customer objectives.
Foster a high-performance, harmonized culture where achievements are celebrated, and underperformance is effectively managed.
Ensure that operational performance consistently meets Company and customer KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Oversee stores costs and margins, driving improvements where necessary.
Maximise profit and turnover through effective resource management and operational excellence.
Set clear objectives for each department, with planning and execution to ensure targets are met efficiently and effectively.
Develop and deliver strategies that align with the Company's broader objectives, ensuring business goals are consistently achieved.
Support the Company in achieving consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships.
Plan and coordinate key merchandising activities, ensuring robust stock management routines are in place.

What You Will Need

Proven experience in managing technical automotive teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Solid understanding of operational performance management and KPIs.
Experience in managing costs, margins, and maximising profitability.
Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to plan, execute, and ensure operational efficiency across multiple departments.
