Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Manager with experience in managing IT infrastructure projects, specifically in Workspace, Colleague & Collaboration Services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in leading end-to-end infrastructure initiatives, stakeholder management, and ensuring seamless project execution in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Delivery:
Lead infrastructure projects related to Workspace, End-User Computing, and Collaboration Services.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and closure.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
2. Workspace, Colleague & Collaboration Services:
Oversee projects related to desktop/laptop deployments, virtual desktops (VDI), M365, collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), and workplace modernization.
Drive migration and implementation of workplace infrastructure solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve user experience and workplace technology adoption.
3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
Act as a single point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
Work closely with engineers, architects, and support teams to ensure successful project execution.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) for workplace technology solutions.
4. Risk, Compliance & Security Management:
Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Implement governance and best practices to ensure a secure and scalable infrastructure.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, risk logs, and change management records.
Track project KPIs and ensure alignment with overall IT strategy and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management.
Proven experience in managing Workspace, End-User Computing, and Collaboration projects.
Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, Active Directory, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), SCCM/Intune, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure, Networking, and Security.
Expertise in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with experience handling third-party service providers.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and propose solutions proactively.
PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile certifications (preferred).
