This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a positive impact on children's learning.

Responsibilities Of The Nursery Teaching Assistant (TA)

Provide 1:1 and small group support to nursery-aged children.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Support students with differentiated learning needs.
Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage student participation.
Assist with general classroom duties, including preparing learning materials.

Requirements Of The Nursery Teaching Assistant (TA)

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or in a similar role (preferred).
A proactive and patient approach to supporting children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for education and child development.
Ability to adapt and work flexibly across different age groups.
Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
