About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Support professional to join our Data Centre Solutions team. In this role, you will provide essential operational, financial, and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of contracts. You will be responsible for overseeing contract-related tasks, ensuring that financial systems are running efficiently, and driving best practices across all processes.
Key Responsibilities
Contract and Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations of contracts, ensuring that all transactions, invoicing, and reporting are accurate and timely.
Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to the contract, including subcontractor coordination, reporting, and documentation.
Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for all contract-related financial and administrative issues, providing effective solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain financial reports, assist with forecasting, and ensure data accuracy in reporting systems.
Team Collaboration: Provide support to the management team by helping to drive contract performance, including achieving key deliverables and KPIs.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas and pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Previous experience in financial and administrative roles, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving and efficient issue resolution.
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) required; A-levels (or equivalent) are preferred.
