Job Title: IT Support Engineer (3-Month Contract)
Location: London
Rate: £125/day - Inside IR35 Umbrella contractors only
Contract Length: 3 months

We are seeking an IT Support Technician with basic troubleshooting skills to provide technical assistance to end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and experience working with various operating systems and hardware. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices (Routers, Switches, access points, and VPN equipment).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues following set instructions.
Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of standard software on workstations, including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
Support users with Windows (all versions), Mac, and other operating systems.
Effectively manage time to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Communicate effectively with end-users and operational teams through professional oral and telephone communication. Key Skills & Requirements:
Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong oral and telephone communication skills.
Ability to gather information systematically and identify user needs.
Experience in providing end-user IT support in a professional setting.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

To provide quality supervision and appraisal to nominated staff members in line with staff plans and as designated by the management team. Organising rotas and ensuring correct deployment of staff team, in line with safety and individual homes budgets. To provide high quality care and support for children and young people in residential services and in the community.
