Job Description
As a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst you will be working within the Group Risk data team, a unique function at Together that helps to make sure all the data that our Quantitative Risk team need is both accurate and available. The role is responsible for supporting the management, validation and assurance of all Group Risk Data and providing reporting that you will maintain, develop and produce.
As a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst you will be:
Regularly reviewing Group Risk data reporting for all governance processes which provides support for Board and Executive risk committee meetings
Working with key stakeholders to develop data and reporting for our Group Risk teams and the wider business
Coordinating with other departments regarding risk reporting issues, including investigating data issues and resolving reporting errors
Ensuring that quality standards and integrity are maintained on all data and reports, ensuring that they are provided in line with business requirements and agreed timescales
Continually reviewing data sources, particularly internal sources, to ensure they are accurate and provide sufficient detail to manage risk
Providing support to the Credit Reference Agency reporting process
Supporting the Group Risk function with identifying any key trends, risks or opportunities
Maintaining comprehensive risk data and reporting governance, procedures and records
Qualifications
Essential:
Strong Analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
A solid grounding in data analysis
Experience using quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques and tools to present findings
Strong drive for data quality assurance and governance
Proven track record in providing robust and accurate data and reporting
Strong SQL experience
Power BI for reporting and analysis
Advanced Excel skills
Experience of using complex data for analysis
Comfortable in presenting findings
Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
