About the Role: We are currently recruiting B1 Licensed Engineers to join our Manchester Line. Both permanent and contract positions are available. Ideal candidates should have experience with the following type ratings:

Boeing 737/787
Airbus A319, A320, A321, A330

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of customer aircraft, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Certify maintenance within the scope of company approvals.
Provide leadership and supervision to aircraft mechanics and support staff, ensuring high standards of maintenance execution.
Ensure timely and efficient maintenance activities, meeting on-time performance and technical dispatch reliability to exceed customer expectations.

Skills And Experience

Part 66 CAA License, B1 (essential).
Previous experience in Base Maintenance.
Must be adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Full UK Driving License (essential).
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
