Planning Manager - Data Centre Construction - London - 12-Month Contract

They are currently seeking a Planning Manager to work on Data Centre projects in Frankfurt. The desired candidate will have a background in complex large scale construction projects and will be confident representing the client directly.
Responsibilities
You'll be an integral part of a highly confidential project, developing comprehensive implementation strategies, incorporating deliverables into project schedules, and preparing project life cycle and master schedules.
Communicate effectively with planning teams of general contractors
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Lead planning meetings
Prepare schedule reporting specifications for contract bid packages and determine Schedule Milestones and/or Key Dates for inclusion in the Contract Specification.
Collaborate with contractors, project team members, performing work groups, and systems planners to develop and integrate activity durations and logic sequences necessary for project work.
Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required.
Prepare and update progress reports as required by the client, including the Integrated Planning / Scheduling contribution to the monthly project report and specific reports / presentations.
Prepare high level look ahead reporting
Risk management and the ability to highlight problems and delays quickly and effectively
Schedule, critical path and risk analysis
Analyse deviations from the baselines
Requirements
Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6
Able to demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent service.
Reliable with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills, quick thinking and ability to meet project deadlines as necessary.
Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently
