As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling
high-performance applications. This role will evolve quickly into a lead position, where you’ll
take ownership of projects and guide a small team while staying actively involved in
development.

What You’ll Be Doing
Designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications
Working with a modern tech stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, AWS
Implementing asynchronous programming techniques to optimise performance
Using Docker & Terraform to automate infrastructure and streamline deployments
Owning projects end-to-end – from discovery to deployment and beyond
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, product managers, and designers
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience
Strong skills in React or Node.js
Solid understanding of asynchronous operations and handling concurrency
Experience with modern web tooling, including ES6, bundlers, linters, and testing
frameworks
Familiarity with Docker & Terraform for infrastructure automation
A passion for leadership, problem-solving, and driving technical excellence

Experience writing automated software tests (e.g. unit tests, integration tests) Experience with React JS and its core principles. Proficiency with React Hooks. Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API. Understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous request handling. Understanding of GraphQL.
