Role: IT Analyst (EUD)
Contract Length: 2-3 month contract initially
Location: Hampshire (Office based) - Travel across the region will be required. Full UK driving licence is essential.
IR35: Inside
You will be paid PAYE for the length of the contract: £135.20 PAYE per day + c15% accrued holiday + pension contribution (equivalent to £175 per day Umbrella)
Security clearance: SC AND MV. You will be required to go through police vetting for this position. To be eligible for this, you must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The role of IT End User Device (EUD) Analyst is to ensure a high standard of providing the customer with an excellent experience and resolving IT incidents, requests and problems within the agreed Service Level Agreements times.
Qualifications and Experience Experienced in providing an excellent customer experience to a client's user base, providing support in line with business impact.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT EUD incidents, requests and problems within the agreed Service Level Agreement's.
Proven experience of supporting Windows 10, smartphones, laptops and desktops.
ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 equivalent (Desirable)
Experience using ServiceNow
