Job Title: Mobile Provisioning and Support Coordinator

Location: Liverpool or London Hybrid

The Mobile team manages the sales and support process across multiple suppliers, ensuring orders meet customer needs within allocated costs, and maintaining stakeholder expectations.
Role Purpose
Our client is seeking a Mobile Provisioning and Support Coordinator with strong customer service skills and technical understanding. This role focuses on order provisioning, managing support queries, and using supplier portals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Place provisioning orders on suppliers' portals accurately and with attention to detail.
Manage customer support enquiries and triage fault issues promptly with suppliers.
Provide day-to-day support to existing customers and collaborate with internal teams.
Utilise Excel, Word, Outlook, Supplier web portals, and quickly adapt to technical processes.
Prioritise workload effectively and manage CRM/Service Now tasks efficiently.
Coordinate with sales, billing, and finance departments to support their needs.
Ensure excellent customer experiences through proactive communication and support.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive with a "Can Do" attitude and effective time management.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
Computer literate and comfortable in a technical environment.
Confident in client interactions.
Knowledge of EE portals and mobile voice/data services.
Understanding of standard processes such as porting and provisioning.
Familiarity with regulations related to mobile services.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Knowledge of Vodafone portals and processes.
Experience coordinating engineer visits with customers.
