Pivotal Partners is exclusively partnered to scale a Series C ($200mil) DevOps Vendor. With plans to 2x headcount for 2025 after achieving 280% YOY ARR growth, after hiring some of the leading GTM talent from Harness, Gitlab, Circle CI, and HashiCorp.

We are looking to expand our EMEA presence by hiring the first Senior Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region to help with our growing customer base and to build and own the region. Looking for a new business Enterprise Account Executive to join their growth team and help drive their expansion.

Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive (German Speaker)
Location: United Kingdom, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities within target enterprise accounts.
Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
Cultivate relationships with senior-level decision-makers, understanding their pain points and aligning solutions accordingly.
Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and consultative approach.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment on goals and strategy.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Requirements:
5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in the DevOps, DevSecOps or cloud automation space with a strong track record of achievement.
Proven ability to exceed sales quotas consistently quarter over quarter.
Experience with value-selling sales methodologies, particularly Force Management and MEDDICC (or derivatives).
Massive curiosity and willingness to learn.
Self-accountability and ability to engage as an entrepreneur while thriving on regular feedback and coaching.
Enough technical self-sufficiency to have credible conversations and pitches without the product and engineering teams’ involvement.
Excellent program management and organisational skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
Must speak German and sold into the DACH region.
Can be based in the UK or Switzerland.
